Despite the sometimes freezing temperatures, the construction work made very good progress during the winter months.
Our extension at the Marktredwitz site is progressing very well despite the sometimes freezing temperatures of recent weeks: in January, the so-called winter construction work began with the concreting of the outer walls. The fresh concrete was covered and heated at very low temperatures.
The aim of the extension is to meet the increasing demand from our customers for BIOLOX®delta ceramic components for hip joint replacement.
