Welcome dear trainees of 2025 to the CeramTec team

At the start of the new training year, we at CeramTec welcomed a total of 34 young talents to our team. At our sites, 9 trainees in Plochingen, 17 in Lauf and 7 in Marktredwitz are starting their professional future. Whether in the technical, industrial or commercial field - we are delighted that you have decided to train with us!

Whether as industrial clerks, industrial ceramists, electronics technicians or IT specialists, our new trainees can look forward to an exciting time full of valuable experience, individual development opportunities and diverse insights into the world of high-performance ceramics. We wish them all a successful start, lots of fun learning and enthusiasm for the challenges ahead.
