We share what drives us: With our 2025 ESG Report, we offer insight into our progress, our goals, and the path we are walking together.

A key milestone: Around 59 percent of the electricity we use now comes from renewable sources - reflecting our continued shift towards a lower-carbon energy mix. Compared to 2023, we have already reduced our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by approximately 25 percent - driven by efficiency improvements and an increased use of renewable energy.

As an energy-intensive manufacturing company, we know that meaningful change takes time. That is why we are steadily advancing our ESG strategy - from decarbonisation roadmaps to more robust, software-supported ESG data and reporting processes with plausibility checks and multi-level reviews.  Early and transparent reporting matters to us, and we are working towards full CSRD alignment by 2028.

The 2025 Sustainability Report is one further step on a longer journey - and we remain committed to making progress every day and to contributing to a more sustainable future.
