Science Minister Petra Olschowski visits CeramTec

Last week, Petra Olschowski, Minister for Science, Research and the Arts of the State of Baden-Württemberg, visited CeramTec in Plochingen together with Green Party leader Andreas Schwarz and took the opportunity to emphasise the importance of Baden-Württemberg as a healthcare location: "Baden-Württemberg is an outstanding healthcare location: Science, health care and research-based companies combine their expertise and create innovations. CeramTec is a good example of what our medical technology companies achieve in research, development and manufacturing. (...)" Dr Katrin Sternberg, President Medical and part of CeramTec's management board, said: "We are very honoured by the visit of Minister Olschowski and MP Schwarz. We are pleased and proud that we can contribute to further strengthening Baden-Württemberg as a healthcare location with our now 120 years of ceramic expertise and our diverse solutions."
