CeramTec orientates Management for future development

Eric Oellerer is the new CFO at CeramTec

On September 15, Eric Oellerer was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to the CeramTec GmbH management board. He succeeds Dominique Janbon, who left the company at the end of August.

Eric Oellerer is contributing his many years of experience in managerial roles for global companies to CeramTec. In his most recent role as CFO at Metabowerke GmbH, where he was since 2011, he held joint responsibility for the fundamental restructuring of the company. Alongside this restructuring, his successes also included a marked increase in the profitability of the company, which manufactures power tools and provides equipment to professional users. Lastly, Eric Oellerer in addition also held the position of COO at metabo.

Other milestones in his career include Daimler/Mercedes-Benz, where he after some years in M&A was responsible for various companies in the role as CFO. He then spent three years as portfolio manager at HgCapital before making the switch to metabo.

Eric Oellerer has a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, Netherlands, and a Magister Juris from the University of Vienna, Austria.
