Ceramics for Semiconductor Manufacturing & Power Electronics
CeramTec will be present at SEMICON India 2026 from 17 to 19 September in New Delhi, showcasing advanced ceramic solutions for two core application areas: high-precision ceramic components for semiconductor manufacturing and ceramic substrates for power electronics. Semiconductor manufacturing places the highest demands on every component used: extreme temperatures, aggressive chemicals, plasma environments and strict cleanliness requirements. At SEMICON India, CeramTec will present its complete substrate portfolio – manufactured in Europe and available in all four established materials: aluminium oxide (Al₂O₃), aluminium nitride (AlN), zirconia toughened alumina (ZTA) and silicon nitride (Si₃N₄).
