Ceramics for Semiconductor Manufacturing - at SEMICON Europa
From 10 to 13 November 2026, CeramTec will be exhibiting at SEMICON Europa in Munich. The show is Europe's leading platform, bringing together industry leaders from across the semiconductor design and manufacturing supply chain. Our team looks forward to welcoming you at Booth 335 in Hall C2.
The focus is our portfolio of high-performance ceramics for front-end semiconductor manufacturing and metrology. Our components for wafer handling, process chambers, metrology and thermal management are designed for extreme temperatures, aggressive chemicals and plasma environments. Precision, chemical stability, thermal resistance and wear resistance are at the core of our solutions.
We work with materials such as silicon carbide (SiSiC), silicon nitride (Si3N4), aluminum nitride (AlN) and aluminum oxide (Al2O3). We will also present additively manufactured semiconductor components from 3D printing, offering almost unlimited design freedom at minimal weight.
