Our water-soluble salt cores are suitable for a wide range of casting processes - from gravity and low-pressure casting to high-pressure die casting. They enable complex component geometries, a high degree of design freedom and efficient production without the need for elaborate slider technology. After the casting process, the salt cores can be removed easily, cleanly and without leaving any residue by rinsing. This makes them a high-performance alternative to conventional sand cores, particularly for components with complex internal contours, cooling channels and undercuts.
