Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Ceramic Core Finisher, you are responsible for finishing and repairing ceramic hardware products and airfoils in strict accordance with our standard operating procedures and customer specifications. Precision, care, and consistency are at the heart of this position.

  • Follow documented, job-specific work instructions
  • Finish and repair ceramic hardware products and airfoils using handheld and free-standing equipment
  • Visually inspect products and identify defects
  • Maintain accurate documentation and production records
  • Meet production goals while consistently delivering quality ceramic cores
  • Communicate clearly with managers, quality inspectors, engineers, and fellow operators
  • Complete end-of-shift duties including production reporting, TPM, and 6S activities

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates who combine technical aptitude with a strong sense of quality and reliability.

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong fine motor skills with the ability to handle fragile parts with care
  • Experience using precision measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers
  • Background in a manufacturing environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent attendance and dependability
  • Willingness to cross-train in other production functions

Working Conditions

This is an on-site, hourly position within a professional manufacturing environment. The role involves:
