Azubicamp

On first of September they began a new phase of their lives in which they took the first step into their professional lives. At the very beginning there were also many activities where the young colleagues got to know each other, the company and some important cornerstones that distinguish us – and this with a lot of fun and a bit of adventure. After a warm welcome they first learned some basics about the company and the training before starting a joint tour of the respective productions. An IT briefing, information on the digital report booklet, the presentation of some internal areas and projects and much more, as well as workshops and seminars on our values and Knigge rules in business life laid a first knowledge foundation. Depending on the location different team activities took place: in Plochingen, a raft was built together, which was then successfully let to water; in Lauf, the “digital natives” had to prove themselves at an iPad rally and other team games, and in Marktredwitz, the sporty issue was with mini-golf, kite-boating and defeating a labyrinth.
