Main Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR processes at the Šumperk site, ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation
- Act as a strategic and operational partner to plant management
- Support recruitment, employee development, and engagement initiatives
- Handle employee relations matters (performance, absence, disciplinary issues, grievances)
- Coordinate and implement HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
- Collaborate closely with the international HR team
- Manage all internal and external HR marketing activities


Requirements
- Relevant education or proven HR experience (university degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology an advantage)
- Proven experience in a similar HR Manager or HR Business Partner role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Strong and up-to-date knowledge of Czech labour law
- Experience managing multiple HR projects
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel); experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle) is an advantage
- Fluent in Czech and English (both required); other languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany (approx. twice per year)
