  • Controlling with a broad range of tasks in an industrial production environment.
  • Direct reporting line to the Head of Finance and Controlling.
  • Preparation of monthly reports for local management and German Headquarter, close alignment with Controlling in Headquarter.
  • Monitoring costs and discuss results with responsible from manufacturing, sales and business development.
  • Participation in cross-functional meetings as a representative of Controlling Industrial and in the role of business partner.
  • Preparation of business plans (for new products and development of the Czech plant) together with Operations, Sales and business development.
  • Budget and medium-term planning (P&L, balance sheet), coordination of cost and resource planning of cost centers and internal service centers.
  • Planning and follow-up on capex, working capital, cost efficiency projects.
  • Contact person for ad-hoc inquiries from management.


  • Successfully completed studies in business administration / economics or comparable.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in comparable positions.
  • Strong profile as a “team player”.
  • High level of self-organization, self-motivation and reliability.
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, German is an advantage.
  • Good ERP knowledge (esp. SAP).
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Willingness to travel.
